George Garner is a great local bike shop (LBS). We’ve purchased multiple bikes from them and had multiple service experiences. Recently they’ve installed new power pedals, tuned up my wife’s bike, and John even gave me a tutorial on replacing tubes and tires.

Great customer service
I went in mostly to learn about bikes. Tony was very helpful and gave me tons of information and suggestions. I really appreciated his patience with me as I had little to no info on bikes and he took his time to explain things to me.
I also appreciated that he was not pushy for me to buy something at the moment. As stated I mostly wanted to learn. He shared a lot of tips! The best bike shop ive been too. But I will be back to buy soon !

MY road bike was given a thorough once-over to spot needed repairs along with its' once-a-year tune-up. Turns out the only recommendation was a new chain. I received a notice that the service was completed as scheduled. When I picked-up the bike, the technician completed a final inspection with me...It was perfect. The price for the repairs was very reasonable.
