I had a great experience buying a bike here. Have not ridden in 25 years and needed to sit upright. George helped me select the right bike and size. The bike I decided on was in another of their locations. They transferred it the same day. When I picked the bike up the representative made sure to adjust the seat and handlebars to the correct height to accommodate my back issues. I was very impressed with the attention and service, and I love the bike.
