JOHN ALSO TOOK THE TIME BEFORE THE DELIVERY TO ANSWER ANY & ALL QUESTIONS WE HAD FOR HIM.IM SO GLAD WE CHOSE YOUR SHOP.WE COULDNT BE HAPPIER & THANK YOU.

Most bike shops sell basically the same brands. George Garner understands that they are selling is knowledge and services. Employees are professional.

They honored a service warranty (even though it was just a minor gear adjustment) when technically they technically weren’t obligated. They could have even tried to make the issue bigger.
These people are honest and have integrity. I would recommend. Especially to those that aren’t knowledgeable.
The service advisor was excellent, polite, and knowledgeable. Since there was a slight mixup in terms of when the repair was supposed to have been completed, and it was not ready when I arrived, he fixed my tire while I waited.
