I had an annoying problem with my bike--it wouldn't downshift to first gear. It was very hard for me to pedal when in strong winds or going uphill. They quickly found the problem and fixed it for me for a reasonable fee. I'm enjoying riding my bike in town for small errands pretty much every day!
