Your staff at both the Libertyville and Lake Zurich site took plenty of time to understand the kind of bike and riding I'd be doing. After getting the bike, there was careful tuning of all the parts, especially the disc brakes as well as pedals and seat. I appreciated the personal attention and how details were important. Service was provided with a friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. Greatly appreciated. One would likely not receive nearly the service as was provided by George Garner Cyclery. It was a pleasure to leave knowing my bicycle was more than ready to enjoy the road.
