I did not catch the name of the service technician, but it was a pleasure working with him. He was very clear on what work needed to be done and made some recommendations which I agreed with. The price of the repair and maintenance was very fair and my bike was ready a few days prior to the due date. George Garner has become my new "Go to" all things bike shop.
