Roman was very helpful in helping me determine what parts I should upgrade and what parts needed to be serviced. It was an expensive visit but I’m sure it was well worth it.

I called today to see if I could get a tune up on my bike and they said sure bring it down. So when I got there I waited in line. No problem but I get in and go to service and he says it be two weeks and to take my bike home. I could of down this all over the phone and why if ur not taking my bike do I need to bring it. I really would like to use this bike store since I live so close and I have three kids that need bikes

personal attention
The guy who came to the door to let me in was very cocky and when I asked for sealant and how much I needed, he was very condescending with his response.
Bike inventory in the store matched the website. This allowed me to window shop at home and not have to waste a ton of time at the store. Sizing help, test riding helped me select the proper bike. Associates were very helpful.
Every staff member I’ve spoken with over the last two years has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They know the bikes, products and store layout so well and make it so easy to shop here. I won’t go anywhere else for bike gear. Thanks guys!

Very personalized and sincere
I had a stellar initial sales visit and also a great visit when I went back to pick up my new bike.
This was my first time purchasing a bike from a bike shop (and not from Walmart or from a friend) so I was a bit nervous about the whole process. Everyone was *so* kind and answered all of my questions with so much patience and enthusiasm, it instantly put my nerves to rest. Very grateful I wandered into the store after happening upon it one random afternoon.
