I picked up my new bike on a Saturday. Family was in town so I was trying to get it over with and not dilly dally. 7 days pass. I am doing some setup for my first ride and I'm looking over the bike, adjusting the suspension, adjusting the fit... WOW. Your mechanic needs a torque wrench! A bunch of my suspension pivot bolts are showing signs of distress from over-torquing or using the wrong size Allen wrench.
The bike is great. The price was MSRP. The folks were nice. Do I have to go buy new bolts now in case I ever actually need to service the pivots and don't want to round them out and have even bigger issues? Do I need to go through and loosen up the bolts then re-torque them myself to make sure no collateral damage is occurring? It's just an additional stress to deal with that nobody should have to do when buying a brand new, almost $7k bike from a LBS-chain.
The mechanic was very prompt and helpful in providing me with the parts that I needed.
Team members are great, just need to increase turn around time. 3 weeks for a wheel replacement is rough! Other then that, everyone was nice, pricing seemed fair.
Solid service, everyone was friendly and explained what needed to be done to my bike. Fast turn around times, good communications via text, email, and phone, and great prices for the fixes. Thank you!

Hands down the best bike shop in town. they are all very attentive and take the time to make sure we leave happy and with the gear we need. Their service department is just as excellent. We service all our bikes there and bought 3 bikes so far from them. plan on using these dudes for all our biking needs!
Went the extra mile to give me all the options available for my bike purchase. They put in a lot of extra work to ensure I got to try multiple bikes, and were fast and super friendly.
Once again, I went to my favorite bike shop and received VIP service. Everyone, from the moment I entered the store, was friendly and helpful. Kyle in the Service Department helped me recharge my tubeless tire after several failed attempts on my own. The work was finished by the next morning, and I was riding on that wheel that afternoon. I have never had a bad experience with this shop and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new bike or service on their existing bike. They are an experienced and top-notch organization.

All the staff were fantastic to work with when buying my new mountain bike! They went above and beyond to get the bike just the way I like it. They are fun, professional, and not stuck up '"bike bros" you can sometime encounter.

Mark helped me pick out some pedals and didn't judge my super novice questions. He walked me through "why" these would be a great choice and gave me info I didn't know I needed. He even said the store would help install my cleats and adjust my bike once I got my shoes if I needed. A bit of a bummer that the shop didn't have any women's specific shoes, but Mark was awesome enough to show me his favorite brands online.
