Didn't actually inteend to buy a new bike on the day when I went in, but good range of stock, fair prices and Danny was very knowledgable and helpful......so I did!
These guys went above and beyond the usual level of expected service. I needed a new rear calliper, and really needed my bike back for the weekend. When the calliper was delayed by their usual supplier, they went online and ordered one from a 3rd party supplier, paying the extra for next day courier delivery, so they would get the job completed in time for me. This is a level of personal service that’s hard to come across these days. Thank you, and I can thoroughly recommend you.
Just had a service done on my bike, the guys did a great job and were very helpful and upfront when I needed somethings answered. There place of work was really clean and professional to. I’ll be going back in the future 👍

We always service our e bike and ordinary bikes at Cycleshack 2. They are always really reliable, accurate on quotes and diagnostics, have really talented bike engineers. I personally wouldn’t take our bikes anywhere else.
I have several bikes that i have had serviced at Hamesome bikes for many years, and have found them to be excellent . Jack is a very good mechanic, he explains everything in detail , and is very fair as to what is required. Harry fronts up the shop floor, he knows his stuff, is efficient , and has a friendly manner. Earlier in the year i had a accident on my bike, and whilst waiting for a ambulance , Owen [ the owner of Hamesome bikes] happened to be passing, he took my damaged bike back to his shop and carried out minor repairs to my bike at no cost. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Hamesome bikes.

Staff are friendly, welcoming, polite and helpful. The store is easily accessible via bike paths. The work carried out on my bike was undertaken quickly and efficiently. I am grateful for the offer of a follow-up check to guage the tension of the gear cables.
