I felt that thanks to Abi and her information, that I’d made the right choice with the bike I purchased and again, didn’t feel pressure to buy products I wouldn’t use or were too advanced for my level of cycling.
Nothing was a problem for them and the bike I wanted to try was still boxed so that was constructed under the hour for me to try - and I then bought it as it was so easy and hassle free.
