Thanks for completing a safety check over my bike post cycling accident and for cleaning the mud off...it looks brand nearly brand new 😀...I will need some lessons on bike care in the future....never looks this good after I've cleaned it 🤔

I was so well looked after at Cycleshack Lewes. Client care couldn’t have been better from my first visit to when I collected my bike. Not only was I given full instruction on how to use my bike. I was also even given a tutorial on how to remove the wheels in case I needed to change a puncture and advice on how to approach my cycling holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul. Harvey helped too and even went out of his way to deliver my bike. I can’t praise the staff highly enough - great client care.
You all know about your subject no matter which area of cycling and bikes and kit . You are all very helpful on every question asked and have a very good range of bikes or equipment at both stores in Lewes.

The stsff are very helpful and took on my sons bike which he thought couldnt be repaired. They did excellent work on his bike and got it up and running
