Arrived for a short stay in Lewes to find my bike had a flat tyre , quick internet search and the following morning arrived at the Cycleshack. I also needed two new tyres and the brakes needed attention. Although they were booked up the staff kindly sorted my bike ready for collection the following morning which enabled the wife and I ( A couple of oldies) to get out on our bikes.

I took my Trek Emonda SL6 in the workshop for a new press fit bottom bracket and Sam did a good job even though the old bracket had all but shattered. Would highly recommend.

Sam managed to fit a dropper seat post onto my Liv embolden mountain e-bike with no trouble at all in good time and reasonable cost. I have already recommended my friends and family to visit cycle shack and Sam is very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely go back for any of my cycling needs.

The staff at Cycleshack were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We wanted electric bikes so they helped us work out the best bikes for us, sent us out on a test ride and were really helpful throughout the whole process. I’d thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent service as always! My bike developed an intermittent fault which, of course, made made it difficult to trace the cause. Nevertheless, Danny and his team got stuck into it and after a good deal of work diagnosed a break in an electrical cable inside the outer sheathing. The cable was replaced and all is well. To add to my pleasure, the repair was made free of charge as they hadn’t fixed it as quickly as they had hoped. Thanks all, much appreciated.
