The folks at Chain Reaction are knowledgeable and willing to spend the time working out any bicycle issues you might have (which, as bicycle technology gets more complicated, is not a small thing). I'd go there more often if they weren't located so far away from me.

I needed my rear brake bled and the shop I purchased the brakes at last year had gone out of business. The tech at Chain Reaction was happy to preform the work and let me know that he would do whatever he could to warranty the brakes, if bleeding did not work. I was relieved to have the support!
