I've posted a review already on Google but I will state again that I can't say enough about Chain Reaction. I bought my first road bike from them years ago and now, am working with them to get the right bike for me now. The customer service remains a 10 because they really want to find the correct bike & fit for you and not just sell you a bike. Love that it's a family business that has sustained over the year, probably because of the mission they have to really provide the best customer service in town.
