The people are Friendly and Experts in the types of bikes and equipment. I was measured when I bought my first bike there which gave me a Comfortable fit and Purchased another bike from them to. I Highly Recommend them if you're interested in Buying a Bike.

Travel out to Albuequerque and visit High Desert Bicycles. That place was an example for all bike shops to follow. Great accessory layout, great selection of accessories, full inventory of accessories of all kinds, etc... (Had no bikes to sell, but that's the same everywhere.). Or, just go on Google Maps and take a tour of their shop.
Really, in this world of covid, I think the more full the shop is of extra, small items and accessories the better. If the inventory of bikes is low, then fill the space with small, high margin items and blow our minds. There is such an amazing opportunity to be had and almost none of our local shops are taking advantage of it.
You're a TREK dealer, have knowledgeable salespeople, and good technicians. Too bad you left Los Altos 😧

can't wait for the productions slow downs to cease... so everyone is doing the best they can. miss the days of just roaming around bike shops..
i needed a tire and ordered on line... got a prompt call that the item is no longer in stock but a replacement was recommended and i was able to pick it up the next day..
most things now take weeks to arrive. so grateful to get the failing tire replaced so quickly.
Family owned. Exceptional and friendly service. Mike, the owner, knows bicycles inside and out. He has ridden up Kings Mountain Road for years and years.

Always super helpful and super nice. New store is glorious! Never a hard sell, just good information and friendly help. My most recent visit they had a chance to sell me new wheels but were very quick to point out that my current wheels were great. I drive all the way from Mountain View to use this bike shop. It's the best!
