I have been buying bicycles from Chain Reaction for over 20 years and really value the experienced staff and the quality products they offer. I have been very happy with the bikes and the service. It is my go to shop for all of my bicycling equipment needs. I have been a very satisfied customer.
I bought a new electric bike and barely used it. I wanted to trade it in and buy a non-electric bike but your store would not accept a trade-in. Also, your store would not buy my used bike. This forces me to go another store, or sell my bike myself and then purchase another one.
Steve and his team do a great job. I needed my new TREK bike fitted and Steve spent over an hour getting it just right. He measured me as well as the bike. He adjusted the seat tilt with a bubble level, adjusted the seat height, and adjusted the stem length and head tube height. He also sent me home with an alternate length stem and head tube extender, in case I might want to make further adjustments later. He stayed with me the whole time, and had other team members take care of other customers who came in. Steve's knowledge, experience and care make all the difference!

When I walked through the door for the first time, I was initially told that there would be a four week wait to perform work on a bike that had not been ridden for years but was in excellent condition. But they immediately lifted the bike on the repair stand and very quickly determined that it was a relatively easy maintenance job (change out the inner tubes, install a kick stand, inspect the bike’s overall condition including the derailer) and estimated that it could be ready that day (Saturday) but probably Monday. I was very pleased with that time frame. I would definitely recommend Chain Reaction and will go back to have them inspected another bike that I have that has not been ridden in years. Five Stars.

Steve, Mike and Becky understand the underlying nature of what is wrong with a bike before offering financial fixes. In fact many times in the past and recently, they have fixed problems with my bike at no expense to me. I trust their family owned operation because it runs on honestly before profitability.
