After a bike tour I had the store pack my touring bike for shipping from California back to my home in Minnesota and used BikeFlights to ship the bike. Whoever packed the bike did an excellent job. It was clear a lot of care and effort went into packing the bike for shipping. I'd strongly recommend this store to other cyclists, especially for service and packing for shipping.

Expensive for a simple part.
The proprietor Mike is very mechanically skilled and was able to repair my leaky bicycle pump quickly and at a very reasonable price. They have done tricky repairs on my Bike Friday several times.
