I visited the Pickering shop on a wet Saturday in April, just for a general look around. The range of cycles along with the service and information from David was excellent but I left the shop for a walk around.
Having returned to the shop a while later, Alex gave us some more excellent information and we had a few test rides. I was so impressed with the Trek cycle that I bought one straight away.

Friendly Helpful plenty of knowledge on the products
First of all the staff are very helpful and informative about their products without trying to push you into a sale. Personally I was not sure which type of mountain bike I wanted so I rented a couple from their Dalby forest hire shop first and was clearly explained the differences by the shop manager. For me I can honestly say from my experience if you are looking for a new bike call in and speak to them.

Had my bike in for a service, quick turnaround and also explained everything they did to it.
Just got my trek powerfly serviced and up graded while I was there I looked at road bikes ie synapse 105 carbon ended up buying it at at a very reasonable price . Very happy with mike who helped and advised me on correct fit and adjustment etc 10/10 for service can’t wait to collect it.

My new electric bike is wonderful- I would recommend one to anyone faced with hills to climb!!!! - particularly as you get older!!!!!
The service I got in Pickering was excellent. Again I would recommend it to anyone. The knowledge, understanding and support I received was second to none. The man was very patient with me whilst I decided which bike was best for me. He was not pushy towards me buying the more expensive option which I was very impressed about.
