Recently purchased an e-Mountain Bike from Big Bear. Really happy with the level of service offered, the no pressure sales techniques and the friendly advice offered. It's nice to walk into a bike shop and not be spoken down to (as is the case with most bike shops) and the customer experience respected in the buying process. Also we liked the sensible approach to negotiation and discount. Would absolutely recommend Big Bear Bikes to all my cycling friends.
Great product knowledge and I was able to try different bikes to establish my correct size. I am new to tubeless tyres but all this was explained to me. I am confident that if I have any problems they will be sorted out. David, Alex and Richard were excellent.
Very friendly and reliable always try to get you back on the road asap willing to price match where possible and not pushy about sales updates always in good time for collections and alwàys a general good atmosphere when you walk through the door.

We only visited the shop to have a look as I was thinking of maybe buying an e-mountain bike in the future. I haven't had a bike for years!! But the knowledge and the enthusiasm of the staff member (Mike) who we dealt with was brilliant! His advice of which bike would me for my needs, the size, his all round helpfulness ended up with me spending nearly £1700 there and then! But I did leave with a great E-MTB, helmet etc.
The shop appears well stocked with all the accessories and bikes you would want and if they haven't got it in stock (like my helmet) they will order it for you which was there the very next morning!
They have their own car park at the rear where you can text ride your bike before committing.
Could not fault the service at all.
