Friendly, knowledgeable staff, good products. I brought my bike in because I thought I might be having an issue with the tire/rim. After checking it over we determined it was likely an issue with a faulty bike pump I had purchased elsewhere, so I picked up a new pump with BSP. I was very happy with the service and have already recommended a friend go there for his bike tune up!
Amazing service. Stephen Kim not only found a hard to find component for my Cannondale Synapse but kept the store open as I was running late so that I could pick it up on my way home. Great job and service. Highlight experience dealing with BSP.

Very happy with my annual “silver” tune up (Checkpoint ALR 5), knowledgeable friendly staff suggested great alternatives to navigate supply-chain parts issues, mechanic called to discuss proposed work before starting, no high-pressure upsells, fast turnaround, reasonably priced, bike feels (and looks) brand new!

I really enjoyed the service given by Noel. He was knowledgeable but more importantly interested in me as a rider rather than as a nameless customer. That makes a complete difference to a rider like myself who will get put off by an LBS who, at best, is only interested in pushing the most expensive product that is not in the customers’ interest and at worst, indifferent. Noel’s attitude, enthusiasm and passion for cycling is the only reason I would return. I should not forget Kris, the mechanic. It was a simple job but he did it well even bothering to ask questions that I had not expected. That thoughtfulness and attention to detail showed he took care and pride in his job.

This is a selling feature, i purchased another bike at the Vancouver location because the bike was unavailable at your store and the service contract i received was not comparable to yours. I wish i could have bought both bikes at your store.
