Service was great! All the creeks and noises are gone! The new bike builder is super cute, but the Service Manager could use a haircut. The shop dogs are a great enhancement to the whole experience.
Give a better estimation of when the bicycle will be fixed. Left bike with no clear picture of when it will be returned. Was pleased to get it back within two days.

New to sport of triathlon and biking in particular and Ruth was incredibly patient and helpful. I had called another bike shop right before that I was a block away from in a coffee shop but didn’t even go in because they basically told me they couldn’t help me or even order a bike for me. Ruth told me the size bike I need and gave me options. She also showed me her Trek Speed Concept which I am trying to track down in my size after seeing how light and sleek the model was. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to others.
