To be blunt, the customer service is down right terrible. The female half of the business (sorry I don't remember her name) is grumpy, has a poor attitude and in my opinion allowed covid to make her even more grumpy.
Example, I needed a bicycle for my son, finding one in his size was a challenge. The hampton cove store didn't have one. Bummer we left. I called back inquiring about when one would come in. I spoke with Chis on this call, oh hey I have one at the other store I can transfer. Why didn't she suggest this? This is typical attitude I receive there.
Chis (boy I hope I am remember his name correctly) has always been great. Purchased two bicycles through him.
Expedited repair of my paraplegic friend’s hand peddled bike. Such a blessing and so important for him to get back out on the greenway.
I brought in a kids bike with a flat tire. They changed the tire and performed a safety check in 15 minutes

I visited Bicycle Cove on Saturday - not necessarily to buy an e-bike, but to look at my options. Ruth and Suzanne were very helpful. I test rode a few electric bikes and decided I was in love with one of them and took it home! They had the bike cleaned up and helped me pick all the accessories I need to hit the road immediately. It's always a pleasure to visit the shop - all the employees are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
