I like how you check over the bike and then call and go over the service plan and the repair quote.
Brought two older bicycles in for one minor repair, a minor modification and the "Good" level maintenance on both. The counter person listened well and captured everything I said; good job. However, a follow-up explanation of unforeseen repairs needed on one of the bikes was confusing. Subsequently had a useful discussion w/ one of the mechanics, which clarified that situation. I feel their condition evaluation, as part of the "Good" level maintenance protocol, was thorough. I have yet to test ride each bike, so cannot comment on the tune-ups just yet.

My first time in, internet was down and the ladies up front were frazzled. I asked if they could “old school” check my bikes in by just handwriting my info since I had loaded up 2 bikes and brought them in. One bike was done in a couple of days. I called 2 weeks later to check on the second bike. Miscommunication, and the bike was just sitting in shop. ??? Picked it up yesterday after tune up and new tires were put on and put it in the garage. Noticed today it has a flat tire and won’t hold air. (Leaking at valve). I think I will be finding a new shop after I haul it back again to get tire fixed.
