Great service and friendly staff. Always patient and helpful with questions I have. I really appreciated how they ask the right questions to help me find a bike to meet my needs or easily diagnose what might be going on with my bike. They sent me emails to research the specific bikes I had questions about after we discussed. Their goal is to make sure I have a pleasant and positive biking experience.

We had such a great experience at 2 Rivers! Brent was so amazing and knowledgeable about all their products. He answered all of our questions! He made us feel very comfortable! He was great with my daughter helping her to adjust the bike we wanted to purchase and making sure it was the right bike for her! Overall it was a really great experience! All the other people working there were also so nice! We were really impressed with the bikes and accessories in stock! It was great that there was a beautiful bike trail nearby that my daughter could try out her new bike! I would highly recommend 2 Rivers! Ask for Brent!

Your staff is very knowledgeable but also very kind and patient. They truly enjoy what they are doing, are passionate about biking- that is impressive. I don't feel like it is all about a sale. It is about me walking away happy and eager to use my product. Good customer service is almost a thing of the past. Not at 2 Rivers!

The team at 2 Rivers are friendly and knowledgeable, If you need something for your bicycle, parts, or a repair they will get you what you need. Anything from a flat repair to a rebuild they have you covered. 2 Rivers also offers maintenance classes and have several options for spin class during the off-season. Check their schedule for weekly group rides. Definitely a one-stop shop.

Very kind and courteous. I brought my 9 yr old son in to pick up his new bike. Amos was very willing to show the features of the bike with patience. The whole experience was great for my son. I enjoyed the great amount of product and selections to choose from. I got home and called them to find out if they had an accessory for my wife's bike. They didn't, but were quick to order it for us. It would've been easy to order it online, but I will support 2 Rivers for my biking needs for my family of five.

Customer service was great! The staff talked with my husband earlier in the week when he stopped by with questions regarding our purchase! We then took our daughter into the store for sizing and to make sure we were selecting the best bike for her. My daughter enjoyed picking out her bike! The staff were polite and professional!

The crew at Two Rivers-once again-demonstrated the beauty of doing business LOCAL. I was getting ready for a big trip out West, my trainer was failing me, the weather was not conducive to riding outside, and they worked hard on a busy Saturday to repair it on the spot. When they were not able to get it back up and running, the went to the end of the line with the manufacturer and at the end of the day, treated me beyond fair. Great folks, service, and product. Buy Local, Buy Local.
