The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable with all the bikes and accessories they sell. The quality of the bikes and accessories is excellent. The staff stand by their products and are great with providing servicing when needed or what they recommend for what you are looking for. I really like that they keep a record of your bike and the extra products that can get added, for example: the fenders, trays, baskets you purchase. The basket I purchased works amazing for my small dog to bike ride with me, which Toby has loved every minute we bike ride together. It is very secure and how it slid on to the tray was so easy. So grateful that we have 2 Rivers in our community.

I was very impressed on how patience everyone was with me as this was my very first bike purchase. I never felt rushed as I continued to ask questions The sales guy and the individual who helped me set up the bike rack and load the bike were very helpful. I work in costumer service and do not see this kind of service very much anymore.
I am very happy with the service I received from 2Rivers Bike Shop. I brought in a 30 year old Trek Bike that I rode hard years ago but have softened with age. I still love the bike, so I asked them to go through it and make it good again. They replaced the components that were basically worn out and made my trusty bike whole again. I cannot be any more pleased. The test will be next week when we go camping with the grandkids. Can I keep up with them! Thanks for a terrific job.

I was in desperate need of a bar that helps me hang my bike on my car bike rack. I called Two Rivers and was helped on the phone and later in person. The staff was so willing to help, so knowledgeable, and very friendly. I am so grateful that we have this bike shop in Fort Atkinson!! Thank you so much Two Rivers! On Thursday you open at 12:30. My wife and I were on a bike ride on the "Glacial River Trail" and stopped to look at an odometer for my wife's bike. It was 12:10 but some staff were inside preparing to open. Another gentleman rode up just ahead of us and went to the locked door. when a staff member saw him, he immediately opened the door and said "We are not actually open yet but how can I help you?" We were all let in at that time.
That is what is called "Customer Service". I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs service while in Ft. Atkinson, Wi.

The Team at 2 Rivers is very passionate about cycling and you can trust them to help you find the best bicycle for your needs. They stayed with me on an organized ride when i fell behind due to a mechanical problem with my very old mountain bike, so i decided to bring my business to them when it came time to purchase a new bike. When i came to make the purchase, they had multiple bikes in various sizes to let me test on the bike path outside their shop. I chose the Checkpoint ALR 5 in Navy. I will not hesitate to recommend others to 2 Rivers
I have been a customer for over 15 years now and from the owner down to each and every employee they treat me and everyone that come in with a friend greeting on every visit. The service people listen to your issue then address the problem big or small it makes No difference to them they what a happy customer when we leave.
Friendly staff, very knowledgeable and service / repairs have always been efficient and reasonable.
