Brent was very helpful and knowledgeable about the bike I wanted. He made sure it fit and I got a thorough test ride. We explored many options and accessories until I had everything I needed for my new bike. Although we miss having a shop in Watertown, the drive to Fort Atkinson is not a hardship and will be a fun bike ride since the shop is right near the bike trail.

I came in for a bike fit. The tech was very professional and really made sure that all my needs were met. I came back into the store after crashing my bike and the staff was very nice and helped to get my bike fixed quickly.
