Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My experience with the multiple store bike shops is the big turn over in staff. Everytime one goes in, there are new staff and not very knowledgeable.
I got a wrecked a tire on my mt bike, I stopped in and they had the exact brand, size, and style of tire I was looking for allowing me to ride the following day.

the customer service here is outstanding. I feel like Norm walking into Cheers. They are quick and friendly. I came in with a bulging tire and they identified the problem and while Dale was writing up the paperwork, the other gentleman had the tire replaced. I was in and out in 10 min. ...on the road again.
You guys did a wonderful job on my senior purple trek. I am still adjusting.to the reverse gear shifting that puts me in third gear when I intended to go to seventh (to my surprise). Thank you so much, I think I found my new hometown bike shop. Terrie

Great staff of experienced and enthusiastic cyclists who are happy to share what they love. Excellent selection of bikes, gear, tools, etc. Highly recommended. My only quibble is that they are too far from my house, but that only means I get to ride a little further, right?

I had no intention of buying a bike when I came in, but the salesman very expertly pointed me to a great bike at a really great price point. He turned a maybe into a yes in about twenty minutes. Hime listened closely to what I said and picked up on some nuanced comments about bikes and biking experiences I’d had in the past.
Above all of that, the pricing at the shop is reasonable and the variety of items to deck out my new rig is exciting. I look forward to being a long term customer and to buying additional gear soon.
