I had great service at 2 Rivers Bicycle. My Ancheer ebike had a tire bulge so I called the shop, and they said bring it in, we'll look at it. They found a replacement tire for it and called me shortly that it was done. I highly recommend this shop for repairs. I might mention that my Ancheer was bought off the internet, it is not a name brand, and is not one that is sold at 2 Rivers. I like that they are not a snooty business and will help fix an off brand bike.
I had a trail brake down and they helped me on the spot so I could keep on riding. This was awesome I don’t get a lot of time off to ride. Thank you

Service is topnotch. I usually deal with I believe his name is Dale or his wife. They don't just sell the product. They use it and know it beyond belief. This makes purchasing so much easier
I've heard a lot of good things about this business from friends so chose to go there for my new bike rack for my car versus buying something "unknown" online. Dale installed the thing on my car for me and showed me how to do it in the future! Good old fashioned customer service as my friends led me to expect. I'll be back!

My wife had a flat tire on her bike. I took it in and they fixed it right away. Took maybe 10 minutes.
I needed new tires and a new innertube. It was so simple. They took care of everything I needed and made sure it would all fit my bike. Variety of products to choose from also. Everything from tires and seats to complete bikes. Friendly and professional staff also.
I feel like there is a difference between shops that really help cyclists of all levels of fitness and experience, and shops that exist only to sell a lot of stuff. I like that 2 Rivers is the first kind.
