Two Rivers Bike shop is very professional. They took in my bike for repair and let me know afterwards it was beyond repair, no parts were available anymore because the bike was too old.
They disposed of the bike for me without charging me.

I have been researching and comparing e-bikes since the fall of 2023. Decided that I was going to buy an Aventon Pace or a Level.2. I opted for the Level.2. The guys at 2 Rivers are knowledgeable and friendly. Very easy to work with and answered my questions. Nice, clean bike shop with a wide variety of accessories to choose from. The bike path nearby made it easy to go for a trial ride.

Services and pricing are clearly described. How long the service will take is explained at the time. The e-bike I purchased from 2 Rivers is very sturdy, performs smoothly and is fun to ride. Even the recall of a minor part was done quickly and easily. Sadly, the Watertown shop closed where I could walk to get my bike serviced or buy accessories. But Fort is not far and good excuse to ride the Glacial River bike trail.
The offer for a spring tune up. You helped with unloading and loading the bikes when the service was complete. Friendly staff.
Timely service and friendly
As a " NEWBY " to Wisconsin, and a dedicated cycler, I have been searching for a bike shop that gave me the feeling of dependable, friendly and excellent prices. Well, it has only been 1 time visiting the store, and after making a purchase, I feel like I might have found my GO TO place.
Time will tell, but so far, I am happy with the gentlemen working there, and now I need to get out on the trails, and beat this fat tire up and see how she holds up.

I recently purchased a new Trek bike; the salesperson was very helpful and answered all my questions. He listened and helped me pick out some accessories he thought I would need. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to get out on the trails.

We went home to discuss the ebikes. We ordered two bikes because of the support we know will be there after the purchase.
