I've heard a lot of good things about this business from friends so chose to go there for my new bike rack for my car versus buying something "unknown" online. Dale installed the thing on my car for me and showed me how to do it in the future! Good old fashioned customer service as my friends led me to expect. I'll be back!

I feel like there is a difference between shops that really help cyclists of all levels of fitness and experience, and shops that exist only to sell a lot of stuff. I like that 2 Rivers is the first kind.

The crew at Two Rivers-once again-demonstrated the beauty of doing business LOCAL. I was getting ready for a big trip out West, my trainer was failing me, the weather was not conducive to riding outside, and they worked hard on a busy Saturday to repair it on the spot. When they were not able to get it back up and running, the went to the end of the line with the manufacturer and at the end of the day, treated me beyond fair. Great folks, service, and product. Buy Local, Buy Local.
Great service and friendly staff. Always patient and helpful with questions I have. I really appreciated how they ask the right questions to help me find a bike to meet my needs or easily diagnose what might be going on with my bike. They sent me emails to research the specific bikes I had questions about after we discussed. Their goal is to make sure I have a pleasant and positive biking experience.

We had such a great experience at 2 Rivers! Brent was so amazing and knowledgeable about all their products. He answered all of our questions! He made us feel very comfortable! He was great with my daughter helping her to adjust the bike we wanted to purchase and making sure it was the right bike for her! Overall it was a really great experience! All the other people working there were also so nice! We were really impressed with the bikes and accessories in stock! It was great that there was a beautiful bike trail nearby that my daughter could try out her new bike! I would highly recommend 2 Rivers! Ask for Brent!

Your staff is very knowledgeable but also very kind and patient. They truly enjoy what they are doing, are passionate about biking- that is impressive. I don't feel like it is all about a sale. It is about me walking away happy and eager to use my product. Good customer service is almost a thing of the past. Not at 2 Rivers!
