Wonderful shopping experience. The service was beyond great. We wanted to try e bikes. We were given a lot of information about the different styles of bikes. We went for a test ride on the beautiful trail to compare. Brent went out of his way to make sure I got to try 2 different sizes of bikes. I was the height that could go either way. He just wanted me to get the perfect bike for me. They were super helpful showing us how the new bike trailer worked. This was a fantastic shopping experience. I LOVE my new bike.

Fast & friendly
I called in the morning to confirm they had a bike the was online. The young man went and checked and confirmed. I purchased it online and when we arrived he had it staged by the front register. The seat was too high for my son so he quickly cut it down and installed a new saddle. GREAT SERVICE!!!

The 2 Rivers staff has always been very friendly and knowledgeable on both my bike purchase about 5 years apart. I would also like to add that you are just as courteous on the phone. It so nice to have consistent customer service and selection of in stock products. A real bike shop experience!!

Encouraging not pressuring sales
You had the E-bikes we were looking for! Actually, better than the ones we were originally looking for. Amazing timing! You had ordered them back in September, received one a couple days before I called and planned to pick up a second the next day. The ones we ordered back in October from our dealer in our hometown had arrived a couple days earlier but turned out to be a wrong fit for my husband and me. We drove to Fort the same day I called, tested the one you had already received, and put the money down to make that one and the one you would be picking up OURS! TWO days later, we took delivery of our Trek Electra Vale EQ-S E-bikes. Additionally, you gave us a fair trade for our current bikes! Every one of you at 2-Rivers were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable of your products, and over-the-moon friendly!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! Took our bikes on our first ride after we got back home from your shop. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! It's going to be a great bike season!
