I called in the morning to confirm they had a bike the was online. The young man went and checked and confirmed. I purchased it online and when we arrived he had it staged by the front register. The seat was too high for my son so he quickly cut it down and installed a new saddle. GREAT SERVICE!!!

You had the E-bikes we were looking for! Actually, better than the ones we were originally looking for. Amazing timing! You had ordered them back in September, received one a couple days before I called and planned to pick up a second the next day. The ones we ordered back in October from our dealer in our hometown had arrived a couple days earlier but turned out to be a wrong fit for my husband and me. We drove to Fort the same day I called, tested the one you had already received, and put the money down to make that one and the one you would be picking up OURS! TWO days later, we took delivery of our Trek Electra Vale EQ-S E-bikes. Additionally, you gave us a fair trade for our current bikes! Every one of you at 2-Rivers were extremely helpful, very knowledgeable of your products, and over-the-moon friendly!! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! Took our bikes on our first ride after we got back home from your shop. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! It's going to be a great bike season!

2 Rivers provided a phenomenal, white glove customer service experience when I purchased my Trek Domane road bike from them. They had exactly the bike I wanted, and although we had to drive 2 hours from home to come pick up the bike, the staff made it worth every minute of the drive. Everything from the care taken to consult with us to make certain that the fit of the bike was perfect, to the careful explanations of every detail of the bike and how to use and care for it - every interaction was carried out in such a way that it seemed like we were their only customers. They made some great recommendations for products and accessories to maintain the bike properly, and before checking out they even went over a checklist with us to make sure they had told us all important information about the bike, cycling safety and local regulations, and how to get assistance for the bike in our area.
Even though we live in Illinois and 2 Rivers is in Wisconsin, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and acquaintances who don't mind travelling to find bike equipment and advice that exceed expectations.

Dale was kind enough to lend my son and me two e-bikes to test ride, and spent a lot of time talking to us. Yesterday, I came to buy a helmet, and your store was closed, but "John" was in the store, opened and talked to me about helmets and sold me one. This saved me from having to make another trip from the North side of Watertown when your store would be open.
