Ian and the team were very passionate about cycling and were able to recommend the best products from a variety of brands. All the kit was ready when I went into the shop and the team made sure it all fitted correctly. So far the Trek Checkpoint has worked well and is a fast bike for road and gravel surfaces.

I managed to jam my chain very badly on a vintage bike. Your mechanic carefully sorted this out on a Sunday - it involved resiting and unbending the front mech). He made further adjustments on Tuesday when the (already seriously stretched) triple chainset and extended cassette didn't quite function as they should on the road.
All for the princely sum of £15.
