I liked the non-chemical smell, and the technology seems "greener" than most soaps used to clean carpets. We are an organic farm and we want the inside to be as earth-friendly as the outside.
Our carpets looked very clean. I have a 17 year old that is very athletic, and his room smells like it too! After the carpets were cleaned, we let him open his door! It was very nice passing his room without holding my nose.
