Brandon was pleasant, respectful, and explained what he was going to do throughout the appointment. The equipment was not overly loud so I could still watch TV while he worked. He explained and showed me where and why he could not remove some of the stains. Overall a good experience.

Very thorough cleaning
Zerorez was early and called to let us know. It worked out perfectly. He showed up put his booties on and gave us the estimate of how long it would take to complete the job. Great communication, efficient service and excellent workmanship. Would recommend them and will use them again if needed.
