Brandon and Samuel on the carpets and Brandon and (I think Jeremy was the other gentleman) who did th furnace ducts and dryer vent. Very pleased with all of them.

I was so impressed that I could get scheduled in 2 days. Joe called to make sure I was home and arrived a half hour earlier! He looked the rooms over and explained exactly what he would be doing and answered all of my questions with his expertise and experience. He went right to work and wanted me to be happy with the finished rooms before he did the stairs. I could not believe how he brought the 30+ year old carpeting back to looking like new! It was amazing! We discussed which rooms I want him to do the next time and you better believe I will request him by name! The price was right and the job was outstanding! Suzy

They came back & re-treated a few stained areas that I was not happy about after the initial clean - all at no additional cost. The tech was very helpful in describing ways for me to treat further stained areas. I way very impressed with the level they went to be sure I was happy with the results of my cleaning episode.

The carpet is not wet or discolored after being cleaned by Zerorez. It is slightly damp, but dries quickly.
