We are writing to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received from Zerorez, particularly regarding the resolution of a recent concern.

Initially, we had a concern that some areas of our building were not thoroughly cleaned by the technician during a recent service. We reached out to Zerorez, and we were very impressed by the prompt follow-up email we received on Monday morning.

John, the manager, then personally came to our building to conduct a walk-through and address our concerns. He was extremely friendly and efficiently completed the areas that needed further attention. Liked that once the appointment was set up, I heard shortly before the arrival that Matt was on the way. He first looked with me at the rooms where work needed doing and then set about calculating which parts could be done as spot-cleaning, in an attempt to save me a little money. He did a thorough job explaining to me about old stains and worked steadily the entire time.
I like that no residue is left in the carpets too. Efficient and left the rooms feeling clean.
