Product & cleaning execution were excellent. Big dirt spot @ top of stairs so very much improved. 24 yr old chair w head rest area ( well stained from hair care products ) greatly improved. Technician went extra mile when I requested a repeat cleaning motion over heavy tracking area of carpet. Good to have reasonable, approachable individual providing service.

Matt did a nice job of cleaning our carpets and stairs. He arrived on time, took a reasonable amount of time to finish the task and was pleasant to deal with.
One issue . . . the truck was pretty good sized and when he left our cul-de-sac one wheel made about a 20 foot gouge in a newly seeded area of lawn. It too me about an hour and $15 of grass seed to put things back in order.
