Due to being in the hospital I had a lot of people in my home taking care of my dogs, etc. My carpet was extremely dirty.
The technician did a fine job. I have two stains that have reappeared. Otherwise it looks like new carpeting. My technician was courteous, considerate and did a fine job. I also had my ducts cleaned and was very pleased with the technician and the job he did.

I had carpeting in two areas that I thought I was going to replace. I had a sofa with stains that I thought I was going to replace. Neither the carpet nor the sofa need to be replaced because they did such a good job of taking out the stains.

We appreciated the level of customer service that your office gives to their customers. I like that you also communicate via text! Unfortunately, this level of service doesn't happen often when you have questions and have to wait for someone to write or call you back. The Service Rep that came to our home was so nice and was efficient as well. He was also honest about what he could and could not do. The products are non-toxic and work!
