They gave me a heads-up before arriving, walked me through the entire process, and kept me updated as they worked. Service great. The service man wanting to know of any spots on the carpet and if I knew what it was that was spilled on it so he could treat it correctly. He let me know the cost before he started the job. Very polite and friendly. The products used didn't have a bad smell. He did a great job.
