My carpet had never been professionally cleaned in twenty years, is a white berber with some longstanding stains that I could never get out. I went with Zerorez because of their earth friendly products. The technician was excellent, explained the process thoroughly, and did an excellent job. I cannot believe how good my carpet looks!! I will definitely have it cleaned by them again...probably won't wait twenty more years!!

The cleaning process was very effective and the person doing it was very conscientious.

My carpets look great and I didn't have to wait long to put the furniture back. Since they are not using chemicals, I don'thave to worry about my children or dog having a reaction to the public speaking used. They did a great job, was very professional and thorough!

I was really pleased with our whole experience. The reps that came on Friday (I apologize I don't remember their names) were very nice and walked me through everything; they did an amazing job cleaning up what I thought might be impossible spots; and the price was very reasonable. I also appreciate that Zerorez is chemical free and safe for our dog. I'd definitely recommend you guys.

You guys got out or almost got out stains that have been in my carpet for years. I couldn't believe it! Other cleans can't touch what zerorez did. And the two guys that came to my house were really nice as well.
