My experience with Zerorez was second-to-none. From the moment the service technicians arrived, I knew the experience was going to be a postive one. I was very satisfied with the results. I had a really bad stain that had turned black over time. After the carpets were cleaned they looked brand new and you would never have known that their was a stain. Also, the gentlemen who cleaned my carpets was very knowledgable. He told me that using cleaning products such as resolve can create more of a build up of dirt. I really did like the service and will again use your services. Thankyou!

Made our tile look brand new again. Couch and chair came out great and left a nice orange smell in the air.

I liked that the cleaner did not soak the carpet, was safe for the environment, and that it dried overnight. I also liked how the cleaning solution was all natural, very nice smelling, and safe for my pets!

The two guys who arrived were very professional. I myself did carpet cleaning years ago and found it reassuring that when I asked some questions I received the correct answers. They did a great job.
