efficient and quick while being green

They are fast, efficient, and know their stuff.

Our carpet is over 18 yrs old and was showing soil badly in the traffic pattern of our living room, hallway and stairway. I believe past attempts at "shampooing" the carpet did little to remedy that. And, I expect there was a lot of chemical residue left that attracked more dirt. I am pleased with the appearance of our carpet and I think it has been better cleaned by the Zerorez technique.

I like the "green" cleaning process. The technicians were very professional and enjoyed speaking with them. They were also very knowledgeable.

I thought Dennis and his helper, Mckenzie, were very professionsal and really wanted to do a good job. We have 2 dogs and several bad stains as a result and they woeked hard to remove the stains. I would definitely call again to clean our furniture or the ramining rooms in the house.

Zerorez did an outstanding job of cleaning 13 years worth of dirt from my carpet. I was going to replace it but now that it looks so good, I think I'll keep it another 5 years.

the carpet looks new and very clean. it was very dirty in the high traffic areas and now you cant see the dirt. the color of my carpeting is light cream almost white so it shows everything. thank you zerorez
