Our carpet looks great and we were treated like the service was the most important. Very hard-working and detailed to treat soil spots was the goal of our carpet cleaner. He was very knowledgeable and professional in treating carpets and also gave recommendations on our leather sofa. Even though he had another big job after ours he did a thorough job with our carpet before traveling on to his next assignment. The receipt was quickly sent to us via email.

I was impressed with the customer service of the gentleman that came to my home. Very professional and respectful of my home wearing booties over his shoes, careful with the hoses in the house, moved some of my furniture with care, etc. The smell of the product was wonderful, didn't expect that! I've already told all of my co-workers and close friends about the wonderful job you guys did. The only thing that I would recommend is that you have someone to answer your phones more full-time - I prefer not to get an answering machine when I call a business.

My experience with Zerorez was second-to-none. From the moment the service technicians arrived, I knew the experience was going to be a postive one. They arrived right on time with positive attitudes and outgoing personalities. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provide insight as to which techniques they were going to use and why. I was very satisfied with the results. I had a really bad stain that had turned black over time. After the carpets were cleaned they looked brand new and you would never have known that their was a stain. Also, the gentlemen who cleaned my carpets was very knowledgable. He told me that using cleaning products such as resolve can create more of a build up of dirt. I really did like the service and will again use your services. Thankyou!
