Zerorez does a great job!They are very considerate as they bumped a cubicle wall and a picture fell and broke the frame, they left a note acknowledging the damage and indicated they would take care of it!

Dennis was very nice and very informative. He did a great job, but unfortunately the "pet spot" did not work. The smell in the area that he really worked on, did not come out:( Still smells really bad. But it was a pretty concentrated & bad area. But the rest of the carpets looks great. I loved the fact that green products were being used!

The technician called me beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He explained the process and asked questions in order to give me the best service he could. He did a great job and I will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future.
