My experience with Zerorez was amazing! After closing on our new house, I had little hope of getting rid of all the unknown stains or the paint spots left from the previous owners. Dennis put my mind at ease and made me feel totally comfortable with the whole situation. He was super friendly and I loved talking with him. On top of that, he worked really hard to make my carpets look almost like new. He even managed to eradicate the red paint spot that I thought would be there forever! I like knowing that there were no harmful chemicals used to clean my carpeting. Your technician, Dennis, was exceptional...prompt, thorough, knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process. I was most impressed when I watched him clean a rug and literally saw it change from a dingy gray back to its original taupe color. At my request, he showed me a bottle of the dirty water from my carpeting, and it was most gratifying! I was very impressed with Zerorez and will be sharing my experience with my friends and family.

The gentlemen was very informative letting me know what he was putting on the carpet and what it did for the carpet. After he was finished the carpet looked brighter and the carpet dried much quicker than other ways that I've had the carpet cleaned.
