With the exception of one spot, I'm very happy with the overall results. I wasn't expecting much, since the carpet we had cleaned was in the house when we moved in and was REALLY worn, but it looks GREAT now!
I was first drawn to Zerorez because of the empowered water and it was exactly what was advertised. It did a great job on our carpets - they look like new again. I like that it is company policy to use corner guards on our woodwork, and the door protector was awesome to have on such a cold day. Brandon was great with my two little boys. He let them watch him work and very quickly completed a large area for us. I don't know why anyone with little kids would choose anything else.
