I like that you don't use any chemicals, also that it is safe for children and pets. Also an added bonus is that it doesn't take as long to dry as others. A very professional business. The technician was well dressed and professional. Our carpets had not been cleaned in more than three years andin less than an hour they looked like new with a pleasent citrus scent. Best of all our son who has eczema and severe allergies was not bothered by any harmful chemicals. I would highly recommend zerorez to anyone.
