the idea of no soap residue
With the exception of one spot, I'm very happy with the overall results. I wasn't expecting much, since the carpet we had cleaned was in the house when we moved in and was REALLY worn, but it looks GREAT now!
I was first drawn to Zerorez because of the empowered water and it was exactly what was advertised. It did a great job on our carpets - they look like new again. I like that it is company policy to use corner guards on our woodwork, and the door protector was awesome to have on such a cold day. Brandon was great with my two little boys. He let them watch him work and very quickly completed a large area for us. I don't know why anyone with little kids would choose anything else.

How clean my carpet was afterward. We have had others clean our carpet, but it never looked like this.
We had you clean two area rugs. One rug had a cat urine odor we were not able to get out. We were very happy with the results and also appreciate that there were no chemical or soapy smells in the rug.
You do what you say you will. You responded to my online inquiry within 24 hours, and you called me before coming just like you said you would. You sent reminder email, and Brittany called me to make sure we were set. Very responsive. Dennis, the technician was very polite, respectful and friendly.
No Soap Residue
Great customer service both with scheduling and the carpet cleaning. Our carpets look so nice and with empowered water we don't need to worry about our kids being on them.

Professionalism and friendliness of serviceman
Technicians were very friendly, informative, down to earth, efficient and professional. I would most definately hire zerorez again. We couldn't open the windows for air flow due to snow but with a ceiling fan on medium and time the carpets were clean & dry with in the time frame they said of 4-8 hours.
Professional, friendly, thorough. I love that your cleaning method doesn't leave the usual soap residue and spots don't reappear weeks after the cleaning. Also, I really appreciate that there is no pressure to buy extra products. I will soon be scheduling my spring carpet cleaning as well as cleaning for my upholstered furniture. I'm very impressed with Zerorez!
