We've used other carpet cleaning services, and they literally wrecked one of the rooms they did. We eventually had to replace the carpet. That particular carpet was less than 2 years old. We were given a refund on the cleaning. But, that certainly did not cover the replacement.

The technician explained every step and how long it would take. He was also honest about what to expect for an outcome of stain treatment. The stain remover used on a wine stain worked instantly and all the cat puke stains are gone. He also told me which spot treatment would work for the cat puke spots.

They do an awesome job! It's so easy to schedule and they do a great job of setting up the appt via email. They were actually able to come early to the appt and called to let me know. All the rugs, carpets and tile looked fantastic! Best of all, they are all clean with no harsh chemical smell and the rugs/carpet feel great to walk on (no chemical crunch). Highly recommend!

The carpet dried quickly and there wasn't that thick cleaner smell - it didn't leave any odor. All the stains are gone too. I'll be sure to call again!
