Brandon was courteous, friendly and efficient. He worked very hard to make our carpets look fantastic, which is no small feat for 15-year old carpet that has withstood two kids and two dogs.

The technician had attention to detail and did a very thorough job. When they set up and run hoses throght the door , They have a special door cover they put in place to cover the door opening. Other services just keep the door ajar. Cleaning without the chemicals was important to us. Use of an all natural citrus spray as pre-treat was refreshing.

carpets came out excellent - had pretty much all of the carpets in the house cleaned - very good job, technician was very professional, friendly and helpful - our son came home the next day and asked if we had new carpet installed on the main steps going to the upstairs - the carpets looked that good!

I really like the fact that no harsh chemicals are used and there is never a soapy residue left behind to attract dirt and cause more staining.I am also impressed by the quality of service. My carpets and furniture look and feel great.

Very professional Staff member. He talked with me about what I wanted and then told me what I could expect from the cleaning and let me know exactly what he was going to be doing. I really liked the no "sales" pitch. He did leave me a spot cleaner because I paid for three rooms and I only asked for two rooms and a small hallway. I thought that was very fair and conscientious of him.
It did not dry in 8 hours as he stated. It took two days. I had it cleaned on a monday and today (wednesday) I feel I can move furniture back into place and walk on the carpet. I planned for that so it's fine. I am very satisfied with the cleaning.

The carpets were all clean, dried rather quickly and there was no chemical smell. There were a couple of spots that were completely removed.

I was very impressed by the carpet cleaning process, service and the ZeroRez Rep that came to my house. I like the fact that there is no chemical smell or residue, just a fresh clean smell. My carpets are 100% better smelling, looking and feeling. And all of the dog urine spots are gone!!
