Past experiences did not leave "a new, clean, non sticky barefoot feeling". It must be the special water that is brought in. Even though three rooms were advertised as a special, we had only two rooms done and was a bit more, however well worth the cost. You get what you pay for--an over-all great experience!

Only objection is that they could or should have moved the sectional sofa to clean underneath.
