The technician explained every step and how long it would take. He was also honest about what to expect for an outcome of stain treatment. The stain remover used on a wine stain worked instantly and all the cat puke stains are gone. He also told me which spot treatment would work for the cat puke spots.

They do an awesome job! It's so easy to schedule and they do a great job of setting up the appt via email. They were actually able to come early to the appt and called to let me know. Incredibly friendly staff, yet very professional. My chair was essentially salvaged by this cleaning to the point it looks almost brand-new, and my carpeting (and stairs) looked amazing. The scent left behind did not aggravate my scent-sensitivity--just smelled fresh and clean, and the scent faded as the carpet dried. I was very pleased with the service--will not hesitate to call again.

I like that you don't use any chemicals, also that it is safe for children and pets. Also an added bonus is that it doesn't take as long to dry as others. Leaves a very nice smell of a giant orange peal, just wish that smell would stay around for a while. The gentleman that came out and cleaned my carpet was very amazing, polite, and answered all of my questions that I had.

I called in a panic because of some issues with my cat three days prior to a house full of guests arriving. Our cleaning was scheduled quickly. The day of the cleaning was chaotic with my family's schedule but the cleaning staff was very understanding. The carpet smells much better!

Environmentally friendly, great service, had no worries about our kitties getting onto the damp carpet and ingesting toxic chemicals. Had the humidity been lower it would have been dried in the timeframe suggested.
