The technician was very personable and professional. The results are FANTASTIC.

We've used other carpet cleaning services, and they literally wrecked one of the rooms they did. We eventually had to replace the carpet. That particular carpet was less than 2 years old. We were given a refund on the cleaning. But, that certainly did not cover the replacement.

Most spots were removed and the spots had been there for quite awhile. It did not take long to dry.
