Great customer service response to a minor issue with a few spot that didn't come up fully.
Service tech was rescheduled for an in home visit. The issue spots were pointed out and he did some additional spot treatment then went over the entire carpet again at no charge.

The product worked wonderfully. We bought our house a few yrs ago and there is white carpet in the dinning room. I have 2 children under 4 so the carpet was a disaster. After your company came the carpet is back to being white and all of the stains are gone.

We thought that our carpet and upholstery looked very clean and smelled great! Jose did a fabulous job! He took his time and treated the carpet first giving the products time to work before cleaning the carpets and upholstery. He did a very thorough job! We would definitely call Zerorez again when the time comes to clean our carpets and upholstery in the future.

I like the fact that you do not use chemicals to clean carpets. You are green. You will move furniture. You place clean towels on the floor for safety, and on banisters so the hose will not scratch the wood. The three step cleaning process is great. First the dirt is loosened, second the big brush scrubs the carpet, third the high PH water washes the carpet clean. I like the fact that my furniture was propped up after it was put back in its place to allow the carpet to dry properly. Great job!
