Though my appointment started off rocky, I was very happy with the level of service recovery after a bad situation. Brandon was kind, helpful, and clearly took pride in his job. His customer service skills were exemplary, and to me, that makes all the difference. The service tech did a excellent job and was very curdious. I was very pleased with the job he did, and he took his time and did not rush. I also liked the special machine he used, it really lifted up the carpet. I did have a few spots rise again when dry. But, overall liked Zerorez very much!

I like that our dog and kids could be playing on the carpet again after a short period of time to dry with no worry of harsh chemicals. The guy, Jamie I think, who came out to clean our carpets was very polite and explained all of our options well. He did a wonderful job cleaning our spots of concern and he even took a moment to listen to my 3 year old talk about her favorite movies (I had to interrupt her so he could continue working). I am very allergic to dogs and the previous owners of our new home had two very large dogs. After the carpet cleaning and pet treatment, I could not tell the previous owners had pets and my allergic reaction lessened. The person that came into my home was knowledgeable and professional.
