Jose was very friendly, polite and professional!!! I love how the products and equipment are clean that's brought into my home. My carpets and furniture look as if they are new!!! My baby is crawling and I have no concerns of her crawling or rolling all over them! Im hoping to set up a couple yearly visits to have more work done. I can't express enough how it makes my home look good and smell good! It was all done within a timely manor as well! I really want they to come back a couple times a year if possible!!!

Quick clean and dry
I had a very tough job with a very old white burbur carpet that had puppy stains I didn't think would get clean. The service was on time, friendly, and worked on the multiple stains in a shorter time than I have ever had done. The finished job was very nice and I didn't expect all the stains to come out, but they got more out than I did expected and the carpet dried in about 24 hours (except for the stairway). We may even be able to get another year out of the old carpet and save some cash to do the floors properly. The dogs are full grown now so we don't have to worry about accidents, just the usual dirt/mud they may bring in on occasion. I am very satisfied.
Getting the carpets clean without all the soaps
I was initially unhappy with only being able to reach the "answering service" but once I finally spoke to someone from Zerorez things were handled very well. The phone contact person was very competent and the two service techs were great. Explained everything and answered all questions. With two techs- the work was completed within 2 hours. I will likely call Zerorez when I need my carpets cleaned again. Products seemed good but I would likely have better feedback in 6 months or more.
