The guys were great , good attitude as well as attention to detail ! I had painting the dining room that day, and had gotten two drops of red wine color paint on the white carpet, No Problem! Truly amazing! Will Never use anyone but Zerorez !!!!!

The carpet cleaning system I had done was super fast and got rid of 95% of the stains that were there. Our technician James was great, he explained everything he was going to do before he did it, and stood by his word to do the best he could. Overall this was a great deal and would recommend for anyone!

Very professional, customer focused staff. I have had 2 experiences with Zerorez, and both times, the staff was super polite and respectful of my request to come at an earliest available time. The first time was to clean the carpets in our entire house after closing and before we moved in. That went extremely smoothly at very short notice allowing enough time for everything to dry before the movers moved in the furniture.
This last time I needed someone sensitive to our needs. I work and my husband is a stay at home retired gentleman with some memory issues. Again, we experienced excellent, responsive customer service. Prompt, thorough, and most important the carpets smell so clean and look wonderful. The price was very reasonable as well. Nothing overlooked. Remembered to clean our area rug as well. Feels like a new house!

From my first contact to when the service was completed, I was 100% satisfied. Making an apt was easy, I had a quick response. The service tech, Tim, was great. He walked around with me to ask what I wanted done and explained the service to me. The carpets cleaned up nicely. ,overall, I was very happy and will use zerorez in the future and definitely recommend you.

We loved that there are no harsh chemicals used and that it is safe for our pets. The drying time was good, it took just a whole day instead of a couple days. And it looks AMAZING in here! Thank you Zerorez!

They were very fast, courteous and friendly. The carpet looks great. I was slightly disappointed in the edges but the rest looks great.

Timely and thorough.

I was very pleased with the service. I believe the representative who worked on our job was Tim and he did a great job on the carpet and upholstry and was really good about explaining the costs of the services given some of the oddball challenges we sent his way, including a need for small areas of additional pet treatment and how to manage our couch.

The carpet looks great - practically like new! - and the pet stains have pretty much all come out. We weren't sure some of those spots had even a chance of coming clean and there's no evidence that they were even there to begin with.

We have a large "puzzle couch" sectional, which needed to be cleaned in some areas because of the pets, but not all areas. Tim was very flexible in working with me on the options for cleaning the couch (we ended up getting the seat cushions and the high traffic sides cleaned, but not the pillows or back cushions which didn't need it).

Overall, this was a great experience and I am so happy with our clean carpets and upholstry!
